Essex – High Street, Epping – Former bakery purchased on a sale and lease back. Planning permission obtained for a new 7,000 sq ft retail unit and residential development. Development current.

Essex – High Road, Woodford Green – Former Texaco petrol station. Planning obtained for fifteen flats, site sold to Weston Homes PLC for development.

London – Askew Road, Hammersmith – Former Texaco petrol station. Planning obtained for mixed use retail and residential scheme, pre-let to Sainsbury’s supermarkets, site decontaminated and developed.

London – Battersea High St, Battersea – Site assembly of freehold and leasehold titles including negotiations with Wandsworth Borough Council. Planning permission obtained for eighteen residential units, site sold and subsequently developed. 

London – King Street, Hammersmith – Former Thresher site developed into a mixed use retail and residential scheme.

London – New Kings Road, Fulham – Parade of freehold retail units, new tenant mix introduced, together with planning gain, has maximised rentals and capital values.

Middlesex – Church Road, Ashford – Former Dairy and Somerfield supermarket, broken into three parcels. Planning granted for 14 flats and a retail unit, developed jointly with Bellway Homes PLC. Second parcel requiring planning permission which enabled the unit to be broken into three retail units, occupied by Tesco, Subway and KFC. Third parcel sold for use as a church after further planning enabled a change of use for the former warehouse.

Middlesex – High Street, Hampton Hill – Joint venture with Thames Rico PLC. Developed and decontaminated former petrol station. Planning obtained together with pre-lets to Sainsburys, Costa Coffee and Richmond Borough Council. Sold to Canada Life Pension Fund. 

Surrey – Pound St, Carlshalton – Former petrol station decontaminated, planning obtained for fourteen residential units. Site sold and subsequently developed.

West Midlands – Matlock Rd, Coventry – 100,000 sq ft vacant office block refurbished and let to Federal Express and Jewson. Property sold.
